On 1st December 2025, the Umiew CMU team conducted the FPA Contest 2 and 3 at Madan Ingsylem village under Mylliem Block. A total of 15 participants took part in FPA Contest 2 and 11 participants in FPA Contest 3. The programme witnessed active participation and inclusive engagement, reflecting the community’s interest in sustainable development and environmental conservation.
The community proposed several collective ideas aimed at improving livelihoods as well as enhancing soil and water conservation measures. These proposals highlighted the needs and priorities of the village as a whole.
